We ship orders via USPS which can take 3-5 business days to deliver. This does not include Order processing time. Please allow 1-3 business days to processing orders. All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.

The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustment unless notified. So please verify you enter the correct address. Please be certain your address is correct regardless of your ordering process, before finalizing your order. We can not be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. Once shipped we will not be responsible for the wrong address.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Naturally Azelia LLC, is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Naturally Azelia will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All of our products are freshly made to order just for you. All of our products are final sale, so we encourage you to pick to look over all your items in your cart before finalizing your purchase. Orders are automatically entered into our system the day after you order. Therefore, you will receive a shipping confirmation that your package is been processed and cannot be canceled.
